I met up with a friend here for coffee the other day. It's a massive coffee "shop", with so many great tables to choose from with plenty of space so you're not having to hear other people's conversations. The coffee, tea, and croissants are good, with nice presentation too. I'll definitely hit this spot up again in the near future.

Love the large sun-filled space! Great place to work remotely from, but can be a bit tricky to find an open outlet if you come later than 10 AM as a lot of people come here to work. The staff here were really nice and seemed to remember the names of regulars. I ordered the sweet vanilla latte and it was good! Would definitely be coming here again now that I live closer!

Beautiful, spacious interior. Friendly staff and decent coffee. It's a place where one can study and read without feeling cramped. Couple that with it being attached to a church with very friendly members, and you get a welcoming and open environment to lock in and focus as needed.

What a nice cute place to have a morning cup of coffee with your girlfriends! The drinks are simple but they are great. The staff was friendly. And lots of seating area inside and outside. The cafe is in the lobby area of the church.

I always look for non chain coffee shops to support and found Cafe 4 on Yelp. The gentleman who took my order as well as the barista were so friendly and offered a beverage I hadn't tried before which was so good! I would visit Cafe 4 again!

We had a great time here at Cafe 4. It is an enormous cafe that is connected to the notable Castro Valley church that you can see from the freeway. We got the horchata iced latte, drip coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. Prices are great as all that came in around $10 (with yelp check in). This is just a great spot to meet up with friends and colleagues or a place to study and focus. There's plenty of seats and you have a cool view of the Hayward/East Bay hills.

This uniquely located cafe deserves a spotlight! Driving up a hill to the large windowed building I knew I was going to a special spot for coffee. Once you step inside, there is a massive space for seating to do your work or chat with some friends all day - definitely the largest cafe seating I've ever seen. Plenty of outlets to charge your computer too! I ordered the iced matcha latte with their freshly made almond milk and it was so delicious and unique! The milk separates their matcha from any other. It's also not made sweetly so if you do have a sweet tooth, you'll need to ask for extra sweetener!

The space is such an airy and refreshing space to sit and work/study. There is some noise but I personally like it and can block it out with my headphones. The workers are friendly and kind. The cashier complimented my shirt lol. The matcha latte I ordered could be less milky and a bit sweeter but I'll just ask to have it extra sweet next time. I think it is some of the better matcha I've had at a cafe for my personal liking so that's a win. As a writer, I'll def be coming here to focus more! Note: This is attached to a church.
